My kids is trans. We face the real possibility they will have to leave the country to live their life with full rights and freedom. I will never stop fighting for them but it would be helpful if I didn’t have to fight so many people allegedly on my side. So, you know, happy TDOV.

Chatting with @nickbradbeer.bsky.social and others last night as we were playing Traveller and I mentioned Blades in the Dark being a favourite of mine for being low prep. As proof, this photo shows 4 index cards that were responsible for about 20-30 sessions of roleplay and scores.

My iPad is called Eagle One because of Space:1999 - it’s such a utilitarian design. Like Red Dwarf it considered the spaceship more like a truck or lorry than a sports car. Practical, not romantic. Which of course made it romantic.
