The Rock Orchestra by Candlelight was cancelled on short notice and I only found out upon arrival. I had purchased 2nd row, center tickets 6 months in advance. How sad! 😢💔

My dog was attacked yesterday. He sustained a level 3/4 bite. We have contacted his veterinarian and he is on antibiotics and pain medication. We are praying that the wound doesn’t get infected. I appreciate well wishes for my boy ❤️💕

I wanted to do something different this evening and so I made a few simple origami pieces. It was fun! Maybe I have found a new hobby?

Today, I had the pleasure of a first date at Johnny Farina. It was a cold day. We started with a warm soup and ended with something sweet.

I’m still grinning from ear to ear after an AMAZING date that began with a performance dedicated to the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin. It was my first time enjoying front row, centre seats at the NAC. I’m such a lucky lady!

When I bought my house 3 years ago, I made an effort to connect with my neighbours. Today, an elderly neighbour knocked on my door. Her dog was in medical distress and she needed a ride to the vet. Of course, I obliged. I’m grateful my neighbours feel comfortable reaching out ❤️
