7Bits&Pieces #3 Still some barebones work, feel like posting some dev art of what ive been working on. Can run around, interact with things and fish at places. Next up is a fishing system, then I might do a graphical pass to make things look nicer for show and tell

Not thrilled about pokemon being in my tip catagories, but the rest is awesome

7Bits&Pieces #2 Managed to work on collision and interaction detection. I honestly dont understand how the collision stuff works yet, but its doing what it needs to right now. Im still using dev art so theres nothing to really show yet, maybe once I get fishing and an inventory implemented

7bits&pieces #1 I feel like I should be making some sort of informal dev log so why not. Ive spent a few hours of coding up a movement system. No idea if its a good system or not but it works! Also got the bones for a dressup system. Next up is collision/interaction/start of fishing

Starting a new gamedev project is like a metroidvania sequel. Oops I somehow lost all my powers and I need to recollect them all again just to solve similar issues to last time.

Feels good to dabble with gamedev again. Nothing to actually show yet, was just working on some proof of concepts

Had a fun day entering the hobby of mini4WD. Got to build my first car, and somehow managed to place 2nd in a tournament! My prize was a toyota yaris car and some gold wheels im excited to build for next time!
