Dragon Quest 9... what a great story, I can see why the difference in time to beat vs 100% is so vastly different. What is a mechanic you learn in a game early on, that is rarely or never used? Suikoden 1 has money found on a statue in the first after the start of the game... yet outside of a couple of books on shelves MUCH later in the game, you'll never find anything (at least they're not missable).

I haven't been around much, and that won't change for the near future. I unfortunately broke my big toe tripping over nothing in my own house (I bent down scooping 2piece). I'll know more on Monday, but will almost certainly need surgery. My steaming will sadly be on hiatus until I've recovered.
