Surprisingly, for how rigid, grumbly and traditional he seems, it was VERY natural for Ash to fall for Arumae. He'd never been interested in men before yet somehow, he just felt so drawn to Arum. There was no acceptance period of what being with a man now meant, it was accepted right off the bat.

Ash is a big dirty talker and often gets scolded by Arumae for being too lewd. Extra tidbit: his favorite activity is being scolded by Arum. Win win.

Ash is pretty grumpy and hostile towards most people from being too tired to deal with stupid. Because of this, he tries to not make many deal with him, but if someone interests him, he can soften up pretty fast. With family he's still a little standoffish but is learning to feel comfortable again.
