The first EOE Emperor Night is in the books. Good set for this. Lots of interaction. Everything was tied up going into the Emperor Game.

Just getting to posting this now. 1-2 at the EOE prerelease. Poor record, but it was a lot of fun. Built Blue/Black control. Multiple Warp synergies made the deck a fun puzzle to play out.

If the Cubs lose to the White Sox again today, it's going to be a rough one.

After the Prerelease we came back for a draft and Emperor night. I think this limited format will be deep and people will engage with for a long time. The good guys took the event down. Our team was 1 win away from negating the need for the Emperor game. Aka, the Blowout Scenario.

Prerelease Recap. Great event at Lodestone in the Twin Cities. Kits were assigned randomly, you could trade after. Was handed Jeskai and kept it. Had a larger number of off color rares than I would have liked. I did live the Jeskai dream of doubling Molten Exhale 3 times.

Relieved Wisconsin can't be bought. As I grew up a "penny-head" and a "FIB", this is the nicest thing I have said about Wisconsin, ever.

Belated weekend cube recap. Successful 6 Person Rotisserie Draft of the Dominaria set. One copy of each card in the set. Snake drafted. Face up. Draft took about 80 minutes. It had been a long time since many of us drafted the set.
