Okay folks I come bearing the interest check results! Out of all of you who filled out the interest check, it looks like we have a majority who are slightly-super into the zine’s concept.

We wanted to acknowledge that it is mental health awareness month and we are cooking up something to bring additional awareness and recognition to those within the fandom who do a good job of showing that it’s okay to not be okay.

We all have to start somewhere. With a passion for mental health @/Turtelle1 has a drive to learn all she can. She’s going to be a great help through the development and creation.

What would a zine be without their beautiful graphics. @/inkdheart17 is behind the scenes crafting all of this so that you can meet everyone and see what we are preparing.

Sometimes, finding the words to describe how we are feeling can be difficult. Alice, as our writing mod, is here to help our writers find those words and put them onto a page.

@avrochan.bsky.social is here to encourage our artists to embrace their own unique colors and put them on a page. As our art mod, she will certainly be an unwavering source of support for our contributors.

Inspired by their own struggle with mental illness, we have our head mod, @psychichurt.bsky.social . They are here to guide and organize the zine while reminding us to drink water. All members of the zine will be sharing their coping methods with you all. #bnha #mha

We want to address a question that arose during applications: Will we allow age regression in the zine? Age regression is a valid coping skill that many people use to emotionally regulate themselves. However, many people tend to fetishize and sexualize the action.
