Saw a cover reveal from a prominent MM romance writer and the cover was blatantly AI. They’ve copped to using AI before, so this isn’t me simply speculating. The even worse part, however? The comments underneath praising the wonderful cover 🙃

There’s a specific scene in Inhuman Nature that I want to get drawn, but it’s wildly NSFW and realistically will cost a ton (and rightly so given the detail required). I’ll get it done if I reach a certain target of readers…a target that I have yet to determine.

Turns out all I needed to motivate myself to do a bit of marketing for Inhuman Nature was to have a deadline to hand it to my proofreader

I’ve read my book about 30 times or so by this point, have had a dozen alpha and beta readers, and I STILL have only just discovered a logic slip in what’s supposed to be my second-last edit before sending to the proofreader. I swear it’s down to the paper edit. It’s unbeatable. #writersky

Was having a bit of a crisis of confidence around my writing yesterday, when out of the blue I got a lovely message from a beta reader for Survival Instinct saying how much they were enjoying it. The message honestly couldn’t have been better timed 🥰 Crisis averted! #writersky

Since taking up writing a couple of years ago, I’ve barely gone a day without doing *some* writing or editing, to the extent that I could probably count the days I haven’t written on my hands. I haven’t always logged my hours or writing streak, but I’m at around 300 days in a row without a break
