Excessive workloads are unhealthy, leading to stress & burnout, or worse. Also terrible for student experience - large class sizes, less attention in class, less time for detailed feedback, less time for consultation, less time for support... 🤦‍♂️ Staff & students deserve better.

There has been a lot of talk about "Students-first" - a pillar of #UniCanberra's Reconnected strategy. But let's be real - if UC doesn't support the staff working in teaching, student assistance, libraries, facilities, study help & more, they need to do more to support students.
