Fango is sad to learn of the passing of director and special effects artist Yoshihiro Nishimura. Known as the ‘Tom Savini of Japan’, Nishimura’s bloody, bizarre films helped usher in a new era of Japanese hypersplatter following the J-horror boom of the 1990s.

The headliner = Behemoth, who has launched into the stratosphere of success for a death metal band. Nergal mentioned that they opened for Deicide during their first tour in the US, & it was in 2002 which made this a full circle moment. I attended their House of Blues show. A random concert night leading into a four day weekend for me! Behemoth, Deicide, Rotting Christ, and Immolation... It is going to be a crazy show. I first saw Behemoth when their album "Zos Kia Cultus" was released, and they have been a staple in my music library ever since. #MusicSky

Finished Pokemon Scarlet on S2. I never picked it up, so I'm glad I played it after most of the issues were resolved. Nearly done with Pragmata. I beat Kane & Lynch 2 with a buddy that never played. Apex Legends new season incoming. I'm back to gaming strong which was waning a bit. #GamingSky
