The power of nature. A tree is an example of the circle of life. As it grows it provides shelter, food and beauty. After it dies it continues to provide these elements and when it turns back into the soil the cycle continues. The troll in the Maine forest, created by Thomas Dambo knows this truth.

Dambo’s goal is a message about the environment and all his trolls are created from recycled materials.

Who knew vegan meals could be so yummy? My family is vegan and open to my trying different recipes. Vegan lentil balls and a eggplant stir fry. The trick with both is fresh herbs, and sautéed garlic and onions. Yum! Let me know if there is interest in posting recipes.
