whenever I start wetting myself at work there's a voice in my headscreaming "ARE YOU EVEN PAMPERSED UP???", I give myself the worst and most unnecessary scares

earlier today I was looking at myself in the mirror in a tank top and I was like "hey I'm finally getting there maybe" but now that my mom hehimed me thrice in less than five minutes all that pseudo confidence has melted away 🙃
