Traditional affirmations don't work. Try this instead... Instead of "I am prosperous," try "I don't know how prosperity shows up in every area of my life, I just know that it does, and I am so grateful for it!"

Reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Everyone faces challenges, and sometimes we need a little extra support to navigate them. Whether it's friends, family, or professionals, acknowledging that you can't do it all alone is a courageous step toward healing and growth.

In a world often marked by conflict, trauma, and division, it's easy to mistake compassion for weakness or a passive response. But compassion is the most powerful force we possess. Compassion—the heartfelt recognition of suffering paired with a desire to alleviate it—is an active principle.
