Well, that’s not an ideal configuration for vision correction.

Does anyone have any idea what kind of melon this is? It showed up in my ugly produce box, so it’s potentially slightly off-model. It’s about 8”. (I know that the colour of the flesh would help, but I don’t want to cut into it until it’s ripe, and knowing what kind of melon it is would help that.)

Today I noticed that I’ve used up a half litre of concentrated hydrochloric acid, so I sent a message that said “I’ve used SO MUCH ACID in the last 10 months” and it took me a good 10 minutes to realize how that probably read to non-scientists.
