Made an effort to be more physically active in 2025 and this is how it turned out. Ran 701 out of 838 km and walked 134 km. I stopped going on bike rides in 2025 & that explains the lower distance (despite days active being more) Vs 2024.

I have no love lost for stray dogs. I was chased by stray dogs on many occasions while jogging & riding my bike. I keep seeing some idiots feeding stray dogs. Look at the number of dog bites! More than 50000/yr in just one district in Kerala! 😱

My first ever participation in an organised running event @ Auroville Marathon today. Did only 10kms, but ran the whole distance (except for stopping at 4kms and 7kms to drink water, each <30 sec), didn't walk. There were more than 3000 runners at the event!! 🏃🏽‍♂️
