Son starts meds tomorrow for adhd. I feel bad, but also, I hate seeing him frustrated at himself. I can handle him being hyper and fidgety. But I cant handle him being upset at himself all the time 🥲

As much as im beating myself up for the fact my son needs to see a psychiatrist for ADHD and anxiety/depression signs, I have to take some pride that im doing something my parents never did for me- actually getting him an appointment for help. This stuff is genetic. And that's okay.

Got up. Went to work. Got extended so worked more. Came home. Went to the store. Picked up the kids from school. Made dogs homemade food cause one has the runs. Took kids to taekwondo. Came home & made dinner. I still have fucking homework to do. Im fucking exhausted.

Honestly, security doesn't see many recognitions. I've gotten two in the last two days, and I wanna cry. I love some of the people I work with. Its also nice to feel appreciated.

Work has caused a lot of increased anxiety lately. From cast/management being on edge with us trying to fix staffing to guests just being extremely nasty lately. Im yelled at at least 3 times a day. It's mentally exhausting.

Remind me to never take a condensed class ever again. I have 3 days to write a speech, make a PowerPoint, and record it. Which wouldnt be hard if I didn't work full time and have kids 🫠 idk if im going to survive this one

I can't wait for the day that im done with school and can stop panicking over how im going to finish assignments on time while working full time and being a parent 🫠

Also, work peeved me. Guests are getting more and more rude. Legit had someone refuse to stop when asked to go to the table to get checked. It was just an umbrella and I get it, it can be annoying- but if security tells you to stop then just stop man. Don't blow through and blatantly ignore us.

Capacitor blew on the AC. Repair guy was hours late. My bank account is crying. But at least I can fuckin SLEEP TONIGHT.

My anxiety has been really high lately. Idk why. I guess I've just been super busy but not social and it eats at me. Work has also had me on edge lately.

I hate that I only have 6 classes left for school after this week. I could technically finish school by the end of the year but I feel that'd be too stressful to take on 3 classes again instead of 2 😩 but then my brain goes "but it's just one more class"
