I'm back under 180lbs for the first time since 2016. I've been trying since last summer though didn't really kick it in gear until Nov. I still have a bit to go, but that's just over 41lbs since the beginning of 2024.

Man, I forgot how stressful football is -- and I'm even on blood pressure meds this season.

I'm not even sure what rewatch I'm on of Arrested Development but it just struck me last night that Tobias Funke and Frank Oz could be the same person.

Meaningful college AND pro football this weekend. My long, hard, draught is over. I also just inherited a nice grill from a moving friend after mine disintegrated Monday. Time to buy a lottery ticket!
