Yesterday was crazy. Like soooooo much shit was happening to me, around me. Just orbiting around me. Like a vortex of wtf’s. I was also irritated.

I transferred to a PWI and got an internship at Clorox. SMH. Randomly this is bothering me. lol.

TSU either. I remember going to the dean asking about internships and she told me to go talk to the career counselor and they didn’t help with a damn thing.

The internships don’t ever be from a HBCU. It’s always from a PWI. I feel some kind of way about it. Actually, I don’t remember any companies going out of their way to come to Howard. But maybe I missed career day or something.

One time he said something about money to me. And I looked at him and didn’t say nothing. He was talking about “since he made more than me” and he went on about me being a woman and making less than a man. This was also part of the reason I left.

The other issue was he thought I was a broke grad student. We never talked about money. I just used to live crazy cause I was scared to be poor again. So I was living in survival mode. I saved all my checks. I don’t buy furniture until I was like 32-35 ish.
