Actually aghast that, a few months after signing up "just in case" (because how many people actually read my work, surely?), I received a surprise royalties payment from @alcs.co.uk yesterday 😯 Hey, maybe I can make a go of this public history lark.

Writers! Have you joined @alcs.co.uk yet? This wonderful organisation collects copyright payments on your behalf and distributes it twice a year. It's like free money. I've just received a welcome payout of £220, for which I did very little except register my book titles - thank you - just do it!
