We are absolutely thrilled to officially launch “Menopause, Diet and Cancer”. Shaped by the voices of 16 women who helped design what they needed most – Menopause, Diet and Cancer is not a clinical manual; it’s a book designed to be part of your everyday life—and your kitchen.

The Menopause, Diet & Cancer booklet was developed from the LYSA Trial by CORU-registered dietitian at UCC & School of Food and Nutritional Sciences supported by The Irish Cancer Society and offers evidence-based guidance for women navigating menopause after cancer. @katiejohnston3.bsky.social
