Tonight for dinner, I'm making Greek meatballs with a feta, onions and 'maters. Made my own flatbread/pita dough to shove them balls into out of bread flour and homemade Greek yogurt. Made one just to see how the texture and taste are and good golly, these will be in heavy rotation.
