I think I finally put words to my issue with Harandar. Aside from the weirdness of the Lightbloom and the absurdity of all the World Tree roots meeting in the same place, Harandar has a very similar plot to Zul'aman but isn't told nearly as well.

Allied races feel like (and are, tbh) an excuse to add new races without needing the work of starting zones. Lightforged, Zandalari, and the others that are just variants of existing races are fine, but Haranir really deserve to be their own unique race.

As usual, the call was coming from inside the house. It's genuinely quite funny that even when the victims of violence are right-wingers, the perpetrators are still right-wingers. So much for their fantasy of having an excuse to declare war on trans people. Not that this will stop them.

On principle, I don't condone political violence. But I no longer feel any empathy towards the people who have spent 5 years pushing for me and everyone like me to be rounded up and shot. Good riddance, is all I'll say.
