The version of me in the picture on the left ended up in the ER 5 days after this was taken for an obesity related heart condition. The version on the right just got out of the shower after running a 5k in 26 minutes.

It’s amazing how small changes over a long time can make some pretty big changes. It’s also amazing how many changes I need in a small amount of time. Keep on getting healthier, keep on peeking.

Nothing compares to waking up in my crib, soft morning light illuminating my nursery. I’m strapped down in my segufix, the crotch strap, squishing my soaked night diaper into my strainy chastity cage daddy had custom made for me as I hear distant plap plaps and moans coming from daddy’s bedroom. 😖

Had a quick work trip this past week. Had to show daddy that I was still staying locked and diapered after TSA.

2019 vs 2024. 315lbs vs 245lbs. I had a health scare back at the start of 2023 I started to prioritize my health and I’ll never go back to the left picture.
