I've desperately needed to make proper character reference sheets for Shinobu and Cole for some time now. I still can't figure out why I get so nervous making these darn things! I'm still doing the sketchy Nora journal ones, too, but these are more for the actual comic work. (With trivia, though!)

It's messy, it's constantly going through changes, and you can see where I've dumped panels I like but am saving for later, but man -- it's cool to zoom out and be like, "Good lord, it's coming together." Just a little at a time.

I freakin' love the Friday the 13th franchise. I have a replica of his mask from the 2009 movie hanging in my office. The amount of care put into each version of him is a highlight of the franchise for me. The fact they're pushing AI crap and touting it as his new design? Disgusting.

I've been noticing an unusual amount of improvement on my stuff recently and was trying to figure out why until my buddies were like, "Wow, it's almost like pumping out a shit ton of sketches for your storyboards is great practice." What would I do without you guys.

More practice and a WIP! I've been experimenting with hatching brushes and CSP's tone tools, because I want the comic to be done in the traditional black and white style. (That may change as things progress, but who knows!) Still a lot to learn, but hey our girl's on a mission here.
