Isaac, despite being a hefty foodballoon from eating so much food constantly, has a balloon like shape because he's constantly slowly swelling from gas buildup due to his diet! He's oh so slowly naturally inflating throughout the day~ Regulating himself with subtle burps, lest he risks exploding~
