Overton window, a tool for moving political discourse to the right. I don't think there is one (if there ever was) for it to be applicable it would require political views to be on a bell curve continuum, with the vast majority sitting in the middle, I'd suggest that there are in fact 2 bell curves,

...one on the right, moving swiftly further right, & one on the progressive side that hasn't moved, it is the same in NL but more obvious because of the proportional voting, support for parties on the left has not fallen, it is the centre collapsing, As Lab moves right they lose voters on the left.
