The HCRA has levied a million dollar fine against a builder who built 39 homes without a proper license or warranty coverage. This follows previous fines and a license revocation and shows why enforcement matters. I wrote to the minister asking for a simple fix. 👇🏻

Saddened to learn of the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis this morning. I deeply admired his humility, compassion, stewardship of nature and dedication to social justice. He set an example for us all to follow. My prayers are with the many in mourning. May he rest in peace.
