Still recording chapter 3! Looks like it's going to take us three sessions to get through it. Which is mostly the fault of me trying to do classic style #battletech and having 18+ combined arms units on the board. Still having a ton of fun though with The Fortunate Few.

It's was a heck of a #BattleTech weekend. Played a 6000x2 vs 12,000 BV combined arms game. 6 hours for 4 rounds... Yeah. We were cruising.

We just finished recording chapter 2 of The Fortunate Few #rpgactualplay and we had to start naming our minor NPCs - 1 MechWarrior and 1 VTOL Pilot. We named them after people who commented on our Chapter 0 video: so congrats to CAPSLOCKGOTSTUCK and... The Black Pants Legion!

A little background on the Aitu, a local government faction in our #battletech #rpg #actualplay. While the system they are in was originally colonized by a mostly Albanian and British origin groups, a secondary settlement of Maori meshed will with the already family focused groups.

Played the first game of #BattleTechGothic and it's all right. The addition of 'infantry' and 'battle armor' and 'mechs' that are organic but augmented with some unique but simpler weapons ended working pretty well. Didn't get too far, cause we were deciding on what units to play with.

The 3d printed minis look good, but there are some issues I run into when painting. The lack of 'seams' between the major armor plates makes it hard to define shapes in some spots. Still, I think these came out pretty good. Gonna need a new black marker soon - the tip is gone. #BattleTech

Whelp. Hurdle 1 of oh so many to getting my #BattleTech / #MechWarrior RPG campaign up and running is mostly done with the completion of some character sheets and a GM Screen. Now we just need the camera, microphones, and set up the space.

Clan Hell's Horses Fire Horse Star. #BattleTech Really enjoying the paint markers. Can not stress how much easier painting is with them. This wouldn't have looked so good and would have taken me four times as long to accomplish. I have noticed how quick I lose the fine tips, though.

There was one thing for sure: the acrylic paint markers sure made this job a lot easier. #BattleTech #MiniPainting
