Calco is very much a mix between Locke and Squall: -Trauma induced by losing someone close to him, and his failed attempt(s) to do the impossible and try bringing them back -The result of that being closing himself off from other people until character development slowly sees him open up again.

I don't understand Frontlines. In my experience it is invariably 68 headless chickens running around with minimal idea what they're doing, and 4 people who are taking it way too seriously and completely losing their shit at the headless chickens. It just feels very pointless.

Oh... that's neat. I know there are still like 20+ bots bloating up the number more than it should be, and there's a decent chance it falls back below even then due to it being so close, but it's still nice to just see. So uh...thanks. shout outs to the real ones. You're pretty awesome!

Bard, Scholar and Dark Knoght were all normal (albeit DRK not until after the Vault). Ninja's was given to him by Yugiri shortly before leaving Doma. Gunbreaker and Viper, he never actually got Soul Crystals. Those jobs he learned on his own, using them in an improvised style tailored to himself.

Tonight's Tomodachi Life project was Himiko's outfit! I'm actually so obsessed with it. Like, seriously. When I put her in it, I screamed! 💕💕💕 (I forgot to grab a picture of the skirt, but it's just a bunch of lines on a solid color, so you're not missing much.)

Snark. Every single character has boatloads of snark at their disposal, some more than others, for whenever it's needed. They get it from me.

I got inspired to finally draw Thancred's coat in Tomodachi Life. I had to omit details and simplify some stuff, but I think it turned out looking good enough to share here. 💕 (Also, I'm really sorry for the picture quality. I don't have a capture card so I have to take pics with my phone. 😅)

Very similarly to how they're presented in-game, but they do show up a couple more times (namely right before fighting Thordan, and one time late in Endwalker) After that last one they've become completely dormant, but they do still have some mild influence over Calco's thoughts at times.

With the FFXI alliance raid now finished, I think I can confidently say that yes, I will cry every time the main Final Fantasy theme plays. I’ve never played XI before but this finale still hit me like a truck.

That depends entirely on if the Lunar Envoy's items finally get double dye, and if it dyes the precise way I want it to. Otherwise he'll probably stick to what's current and suffer the consequences of cold

My being a Viper main is kind of weird since in pretty much all games I do like leaning more towards support, hence my previous main of Bard... But it's just freaking cool! Fast as hell, kickass animations, aesthetically just fits Calco to a T... and also Thief Swords. My beloved.

For the new, upcoming customization options, color picking, etc... this is one of those cases where while I am super stoked for everyone else and excited to see what you all do it, for me personally, it means rather little. Outside of more options for scarves, Calco is just kind of already perfect.
