A steady, and healthy, fasting blood glucose through the afternoon. Homeostasis is working, as expected. 🤓

Good morning friends! Overnight, my glucose trend revealed that I dipped into the low 50s for a bit (asymptomatic), which is not uncommon for me. Otherwise, the trend looked very healthy. My 7 am fasting glucose was 68 and is now trending up due to the waking adrenaline surge. 🤓

Alrighty, I'm in business. My 1st glucose measurement on the new Lingo biosensor looks good. My last caloric intake was a handful of walnuts about 3 hours ago. Once again, I look forward to exploring my body's response to nutrition and physical fitness and sharing my findings. Please, stay tuned! 😃

Today, I cast my early votes in the 2026 Democratic party primary in Texas. I enthusiastically support James Talarico in his Senate bid to unseat MAGA Senator John Cornyn. Talarico is a good man.

Today I had a follow-up appointment w/ my Endocrinologist. After 7 months of treatment with #Tymlos & 1 month of treatment with #Strensiq, all is going well. I’m feeling stronger. No side effects. It’s full steam ahead! Surveillance blood work & DEXA scan will be done in 3 months. #HPP #osteoporosis
