Sex, Politics, and Revenge fill the pages of Normandy Gold from Titan Comics & Hard Case Crime. HCC has been putting out quality pulp fiction for quite a while, and the comics are no different. This was a great, very adult oriented story, and great comic for #crimecomicsmonth

My wife and I used to watch the OG CSI. I bought several of the mini series IDW did and never read them. Last night I decided to change that, for #crimecomicsmonth, and the great Max Allen Collins wrote this one. It was pretty good and felt like the TV show, without the CGI fibers & fluids.

This fantastic treasury has reminded me why I love comics. Gerry Conway (RIP) wrote a dynamite "comic-booky" story filled with great introductions to the characters, awesome action and best of all, fun. And the extra large pages filed with Ross Andru art were spectacular. #superman #spider-man

Comic satire was still going pretty strong in the world of independent comics in 1987. The humor is very similar to what you would find in Mad or Cracked. I thought this "Stupid-Heroes" comic was clever and very good art from Taylor Overbey and Julian Kernes. #humorcomicsmonth
