In @postreads.co I initially integrated Auth0.com. Unfortunately the free tier is too limited for my needs and the project is too low key to use the paid version. It blocked me when developing the mobile version and browser plugins. So I started the migration - progress is good and soon to be done

I made a mistake in #tinygenerals - I want roads but I implemented them as terrain. This means that I'd need to draw each variation of the road (~64 tiles)... for each terrain type (*6). Now with wang tiles and layers I can have roads but also rivers and terrain transitions. #gamedev #solodev

A problem with testing a turn based 2+ player game is that you need to have 2+ players. So I created my first bot. It's stupid but at least it knows how to end its turn

80% of features are done in 20% of the time before the release. This is step towards layout views but I think I will need to step up the game on design soon.

I guess it's time to take postreads infrastructure more seriously. Since yesterday I noticed a massive spike of bot traffic which basically kills the vps. Before/after turning on the countermeasures.

If I were honest with myself and amount of changes that required - it should have been the major release. Couple of more changes and 0.2 will be out
