In 1989, I watched the ball drop on TV, thinking, “drop, you SOB, DROP!” That year was so painful and difficult that it couldn’t end fast enough. It did, and things got better. My life turned into what I wanted it to be. It gets better. I hope this helps.

Couldn’t believe my eyes, and of course, didn’t have my camera. So I went back two days later, and managed to find him in about the same place! No chance of a white Christmas here, so we had a white squirrel Christmas instead!
