Benefits for Tennesseeās 700k SNAP recipients run $145 million a month. If the Trump Admin 1) follows court orders and 2) sticks with its plan to cut benefits in half instead of allowing them to be totally delayed $5 million would amount to about 7% of the leftover funding gap.
