DIS Season 4's Episode "But to Connect..." might be one of its best... Other than the nauseating choice to have the big monologues shot in a constantly-revolving fashion (which I can still sort of appreciate as an artistic choice) it's just really good. good story, well written, and played very well

Finishing up my rewatch of Season 3 of #StarTrekDiscovery ... I need to talk about the Burn. The Burn is great. Su'Kal is great. The entire setpiece with the holodeck is very neat, but more importantly there's a compelling story being told.

I'm at the Terra Firma 2-parter of #StarTrekDiscovery and... Hold on!! Is that San?? It is! He's in a single wide shot of the honour guard! ...so like how much of Georgiou's character was planned out at this point, I wanna know.
