Phew it's been forever since I came on here! I've been revamping the way I organize my life (blog post to come) and it got me wondering about other people's systems. How do you organize your life? How do you get done everything you need to get done? Do you have a system? Does your system work?

I posted about an app I'm working on in Reddit and got 200+ comments. I wanted to analyze them qualitatively & quantitatively. So today I built a Reddit comment extractor! It pulls comments and writes them to Google Sheets for analysis. Next steps: tagging & qualitative insights!

I'm trying to start a nightly routine to go to sleep earlier & be more restful. Been trying out an acupressure mat at night before I sleep. It's painful at first when I peel myself off of it, but then there's this warmth/calmness that comes. Have any of y'all tried one? What's your nightly routine?

Met with a new friend today at a coffee shop I've never been to before! Had a delicious iced vanilla chai latte and a brookie. It was so nice connecting with a fellow trans guy, especially in my area where the LGBTQ+ community tends to be more hidden. Then I took a long walk by the water :)

Flow State Kanban functionality is coming along! Users can now create new boards, change board titles, add tasks, and drag & drop them to other columns! The design will be much different, but I'm focused on functionality first and then I will go back and do the frontend! Lmk your thoughts!

Been working on my Kanban board app functionality today, brushing up on state management and useEffect in React. Now, users can edit the title of their board! Before I stepped away I was implementing state management for adding tasks to the board, so that is where I'll start off next time. #100devs
