For me it's between Expedition 33 and Silksong. Mainly not just because both game are amazing, but they are more spread to systems. Death Stranding 2 is only on PS5 and DK is only on Switch 2. A system most still don't have.

The recent Marvel Tokon Trailer made a lot of us X-Men fans have some X-Copium. One of the new stages is the X-Mansion showing cameos of Gambit, Rogue, Iceman, Xavier, Nightcrawler, Angel, Colossus, and Psylocke. When characters are in the background, it usually means, "They ain't playable.".

As a regular Marvel Rivals player, I see DPS mains crashing out because the boy Gambit is a Healer. "He explodes cards and uses a staff. How the hell is he a Strategist?". You tell me. It's just a thief and card player. It's not like he needs a "Strategist mind" for those. Oh wait....

Seeing the trailer, I'll say this: Pros: Game looks charming. Simple premise, good Pokémon cameos, multi-player. Cons: 1st Party Game Key Card, Graphics are still "ehh", no Switch 1 version, $70 price tag.

Games like Expedition 33 and Final Fantasy XVI are on sale on PSN and I HIGHLY recommend both games.

Anyone else hating how Switch 2 is handling third-party games? One thing was the key cards, second was late releases, and third is lesser quality, but having to pay more. I get some are like "We got a Nintendo System for Nintendo Games", but a system shouldn't be carried solely by exclusives.

You know, it sucks when your primary system doesn't get a third-party game you wanna play. Outside of PC, Playstation usually lucks out and gets most of them. Xbox usually goes with a certain demographic and Switch will usually have it if it can handle it or gets it REALLY late.

Well damn.... It really is an end of an era for Xbox if we are really getting Halo on Playstation.

So, Ghost of Yotei has been peaking my interest since it dropped. But I can't play that without checking the first game. The PS5 version of Tsushima was $30, so I got it. Maaaaan, I did not realize how peak the game was. From the samurai duels to the overworld.

I forgot to mention that I finished Expedition 33 a while ago. My expectations for RPGs are too high now. If a small team can make a cinematic masterpiece like that, of course my expectations for other games are high. Still playing it now to try and 100% it.

I honestly miss Blockbuster and Redbox for renting games. I mean, Gamefly is still a thing (surprisingly). But no one who hasn't seen the commercials in the early 2000s is familiar with it.

Hot take: I think Pokémon New Snap is the best looking Pokémon game to date. Good graphics, vibrant environment, Pokémon being liveful, oh, and bits of VOICE ACTING! If they had taking notes from that and put it to their mainline games, Pokémon would be at a better spot.

Digimon vs Pokémon in 2025 is like the early 2000s is wild. What's more wild is Digimon getting the W in almost every way with Time Stranger.
