I am utterly fed up with Royal Mail parcel delivery service. Failed to deliver twice to my home leaving notes to tell me I was not in and now failed to redeliver to local post office. Sorting office open for 2 hrs mornings. No humans to speak to only AI assistants who send you back to useless app.
