I coded up a system a while ago to help me build NPC patrol routes. It uses these waypoint nodes that colour themselves specific to each enemy which the NPCs will visit in order. It makes it a lot easier to visualise and to create routes vs an array of locations in an export #gamedev #godot

This may be a blog post essentially just praising Kenney, but it's deserved 😅 The quality of the assets they put out freely available for people to use to learn, prototype with or to use directly in commercial products is unmatched (IMO). Their value to the dev community isn't quantifiable 💚

Been battling the last day or so with VFX for when player's get electrocuted. Trying to make them burn into a pile of ashes.
