Hopefully we spend some time defending set pieces this week. Basel were able to shake defenders on just about every set piece.

The result is all that matters, but that was pretty sloppy. Created our own problems with poor passes and failed to find the final ball. Guessand (despite the goal) and Sancho really struggled imo.

I don’t understand why Sancho keeps getting minutes.

I was a little skeptical of this signing at the beginning of the year: 30 years old, international spot, never really stuck and started anywhere for long, not the biggest player, etc. He really turned into a great bit of business, and gave Nashville a much needed ball playing option at CB.

This is the right decision. You can’t worry about the fallout because nothing is going to work until the line gets fixed. He’s had four seasons and only developed a couple players to a high enough standard, every other small jump has been from short term transfers. #Huskers
