I was shocked. I read one headline after another and they all just erased an assault on a veteran. Just as Jan 6 betrayed MAGA’s veneration of police, this was another episode that made clear MAGA’s love of military personnel is a lie.

It is so damning of US news media that so many outlets refuse to just straight up say that Senator Tim Sheehy assaulted an activist. He did not "help" Capitol police. They did not need his help. He wanted to assault the guy and did. He should resign.

Everyday people need to wake up and realize what an abomination this unethical law is, and that it foreshadows some very frightening uses of state power.

I don't doubt that there are some fraudulent sign-ins by opponents of the millionaire's tax, but the timestamps from these tens of thousands of sign-ins against the bill appear largely organic, pealking around lunchtime and dipping around 1-2am and also showing a different pattern for the weekend.
