deltarune if toby didn't want to pay a guest artist to design characters for his game again

I find City the Animation bittersweet because, while it's downright spectacular and one of the funniest and most heartwarming series I've seen in years, it's tainted by KoyoAni trying to de-gay it by excluding all the manga scenes that make it explicitly gay (it's still very gay, tho).

Like, you should definitely watch it and it's still about three extremely gay girls (two of which who are in love and one who's basically trying to make it a polycule). Just know that the manga makes it even more explicit.
