It was great to present some of my research at the British Forum of Ethnomusicology/ Royal Musical Association’s Postgraduate conference hosted by the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire of Music! Such a lovely opportunity to engage with Postgrad friends old and new!

It was such a joy to be apart of the student committee for the AHRC International Conference which took place at Queen's College, Oxford this week! The conference brought together graduate students from the Open University, Oxford, Cambridge and seven international partner universities

It was such a joy to be back in Dublin for The Expansive Canvas - large scale forum in the music of 19th-century women composers hosted at @tcddublin.bsky.social and RIAM. A truly stimulating and inspiring three days of round tables, papers and performances!

This week I attended the 14th Biennial International Music in 19th century Britain Conference at the University of York. In addition to presenting a paper, I also chaired a fantastic panel on Female Singers featuring papers by @rosiecameronn.bsky.social and Jamison Hankins 📚🎶

It was a joy to be back in my alma mater UCD School of Music, for a special symposium and concert marking the retirement of my former supervisor (and forever mentor) Professor Harry White as Chair of Music.
