Spent most of my day disassembling massive rotten nasty parrot cages my mom left behind ages ago to make room for storage and man it feels good to tear them down after so long. seeing the grim reminder of my mom’s animal neglect upsets me; once these cages are gone forever I’ll feel a lot lighter

I think I’m just severely depressed and physically sick but I feel like I’m losing the ability and desire to make art. It’s been getting worse and worse as this feeling has been building up on me and weighing me down. I’ve reached a point that looking at my own art fills me with vitriol and defeat.
