It's been a while since I've visited some disused stations. These are South of Crewe, heading towards Stafford on the WCML. Betley Road (1875 to 1945) Madeley (1837 to 1952) Both can be accessed by D&G bus 85 which runs between Nantwich and Newcastle-under-Lyme

I took my first East Midlands Railway Class 810 from Sheffield to Derby today, these units are impressive, very smooth riding and seats were comfortable. When it started moving out the station, you didn't feel it and there is plenty of legroom. Worthy replacement to the Class 222s

Rugeley Town just saw its first publicly owned passenger service since 1965. With West Midlands Trains now under government control, I rode the first train in — and the first one back out. A quiet station, but a genuinely historic moment. 🎥 youtu.be/CUNVaRjdTlQ

During 1965, Rugeley Town Station closed during nationalisation. In 1997, the station reopened and only saw privatisation until today, when the first public operated service arrived for the first time in 61 years since the original station closed as West Midlands Trains is in public ownership.

Took a journey on Chiltern Railways 'new' trains this morning as the Mk5a have entered service. Rode the first served from Birmingham Moor Street as far as Banbury, Chiltern Railways have called their new trains Chiltern Explorer. Video will be out tomorrow

4 times I've been to this Railway Station on the Heart of Wales Line but haven't offically ticked this station off as Station ticking goes. 2 times have been jumping off the train for a quick selife, 1 time arrived and left on foot and the other was passing by and took a selfie while on the train

While in Devon and Cornwall, I rode the GWR Castle Class sets for the final time and travelled to different locations. It was a wet and miserble day but didn't stop me! Video will be out at 4:45 on Sunday and you got roughly a week left before they retire from the GWR network on the 13th December!

I've been down in Devon and Cornwall for the past few days as I have been riding the GWR HSTs Castle Class sets before they retire. I am starting to edit the video while heading back home. It has been enjoyable. the video will be going out on Sunday.

During my weekend in Fishguard (last month now), I did look around Haverfordwest and honestly it a nice part of Wales.

Tomorrow's video is a challenge of visiting every single Station in the West Midlands Zone 1 to 5 which has the word Green in the Stations name! Video will be out at 4:45pm on Sunday

While in my weekend in Wales (Staying in Fishguard). I visited 2 different Western-most Stations. Milford Haven, the most Westernly Station in Wales and Johnston which has the fame being the most westernly Request Stop in Wales. Both Stations on the Milford Haven section of the West Wales Line.

Took a massive detour getting back home yesterday from Fishguard to Stafford to capture British Rail Class 89, 89001. Honestly, it was great seeing so many people out to see this. I did take plenty of photos from my weekend, will be sharing them throughout the week 👍
