An anecdote but it stayed in my mind. Had English family up, my dad has dementia and care at home. We had to get the "steady" for dad to go to toilet and an uncle asked "how much does that cost?" "Nothing" I said to his bewilderment. And dad gets 4 care visits a day, for free. It frightened me a bit
