Making these mini frozen English muffins had been a game changer.

I just watched "The Fly", my favorite horror movie from when I was a kid. I haven't watched that film in ages. That film is a cinematic masterpiece. Great cast, soundtrack and cinematography. (Although like so many films from that era, it wasn't meant for HD)

I made English muffins. I made this a bit smaller than store bought to reduce calories.

What's with the uptick in pickle "flavored" things? Sonic has that picklerita slush. Today at the supermarket, I saw what I thought were pickle flavored energy shots, but they were just tiny bottles of pickle juice that you're supposed to drink.

I started watching the new season of Hazbin Hotel. I simply can't stand Charlie as a character. Sorry, I love Helluva Boss, but can't keep going with Hazbin Hotel.

Mandarin Orange Chicken Salad. I'm going to try to do a salad week. (or two) They won't be diet salads, but still healthier than my recent pizza diet.

I have an actual hot take. I'm actually INDIFFERENT when it comes to pineapple on pizza. I can take it or leave it.

Does anyone else have a problem with Telegram showing an alert of 5 messages, but actually, there's only one new message? It has been doing this for a couple of years, and I'm finally trying to figure out how to fix it.

Grandma ain't got nuthin' on this pizza!! It's a white pizza w/ mozz & provolone, plus pesto, then spinach, shaved sprouts, fresh tomatoes & garlic in EVOO, bacon, ricotta, all on a homemade sourdough!!! Absolutely KILLER #CookingOtt

Damn. I'm re-watching Helluva Boss now that it's on Amazon Prime. They replaced a lot of the original soundtrack with really mediocre, generic music. 👎👎👎👎
