Last night was s03e04 of 'Masque of the Red Death', and our party of 3 are ensconced in a country house in rural Suffolk, negotiating with devils, finding weird Punch & Judy themed tarot cards and having visions of creepy Victorian fairs. Its a slow burner as a campaign and all incredibly unsettling

I’m reading GURPS Traveller: Nobles (pub 2004) at the moment. Loads of the kind of lovely unnecessary fluff i love and which adds to the richness of the universe. The writing is really excellent and whole thing is sprinkled with wit and humour.

FFS. Took my little boy to a not so local hospital this morning for a minor op (90 min drive), arrived and was told and it’s been cancelled as the theatre is too cold. Unbelievable. Operating theatres cost hundreds Thousands to build and it’s out of action due to lack of radiators!
