I think Undertale might be the first fandom I became aware of the difference between 'fanon' and 'canon' depictions. It was thus the fandom where I witnessed how a lot of fanons kept getting repeated to the point where it became an alternative truth. Like, some fanons tend to stick, you know?

Well, I am partial to Heartache.

Undertale is one of those games that is always three steps ahead. Like, it understands the habits of the average gamer; it's planned out in such a fashion where the gamer's gameplay style impacts how the game progresses, and it also knows when you switch gameplay style.

Like, Papyrus IS great at anything he puts his mind to, but his overambitious nature, his need to be adored and his naive tendencies do hamper his chances. While I can definitely see him being good at his job, his good will and his overinflated ego can blind him to obvious flaws in his work.

Ah, you want me to talk about Miss Muffet? I feel that Muffet's part in the game is a pretty understated one, considering that it just comes out of nowhere and doesn't seem to have a lot of bearing on the plot as a whole. That's obviously not saying she doesn't have a point; she clearly does.

Ah, yes. The Zelda CD-I games. Probably the most interesting thing Zelda-related I know of; the most prominent thing that shaped a lot of Internet meme-culture in the early YouTube-days... ... and which is still going strong even to this day.

You know, it's REALLY starting to drag when not even the trailer can make whatever you're doing look even REMOTELY interesting...

100%! I mean, you gotta know a game does something right if you can quote almost the whole game from start to finish without fail. Even when the game gets horribly redubbed in a superfluous remaster on 3DS, it's still just as quotable.

Hmmm... do I like Krystal? ... yeeeeeah, I think so. :)

Hmmm... You know, I am a fan of StarFox Adventures, so I've never really paid much attention to the overall reception of the game. Looking over the review scores, it sure looks like it was generally liked. Maybe a little TOO high in some places, but eh; it looks like it was critically acclaimed.

If this truly is the last album we'll be getting from them, then at least they went out on a high note. This album is great! :D

Ah, Kass... my dear, beloved macaw... Like, words cannot describe how I felt the first time I ran into this perfect specimen. I mean, you're just wandering around this vast and open field looking for things to do, and now and again... you hear accordion music playing nearby.

Like, I get the idea; they want Link to get deeper and deeper into this important temple, using the skills he's accumulated over the course of his quest. But the end result is that you end up going through the same rooms over and over, only making a small amount of progress every time.

I'm not a huge fan of it, but I do realize that the series is still gradually evolving, so this would just be the next logical step... provided that we ignore the CD-I games.

That's gonna be a bit of a hard one, because Zelda is full of amazing worlds that all bring something new and engaging to the table. However, my favorite version has to be the one in Breath of the Wild, just because it's so vast, so open and just so beautiful to look at.

The thing is that I mostly missed out on the GBA-games. That is until I finally got a DS and managed to get a hold of The Minish Cap, so that is the only one I've played. This one is one of my favorites, so if the other games are anything like it, I believe I would like them just as much.

Ah, yes; the Zelda-cartoon. It's one of those shows that I find kind of interesting. Like, not just for what the show does, but rather the fact that it is a thing at all, given how... it didn't last very long. Like, for being a companion piece to the Super Mario Bros. Super Show...

I don't know if I've mentioned this on here, but you wanna know what Annabel Jankel's very next movie would be? This one.

This is NOT a good movie... but I do like it for what an interesting and unique blend it is. Like, it's a run of the mill 80s sci-fi action-flick; it's made by a director that would not go on to make another movie until 25 years later...

Hmmm... I'm not entirely sold on the idea of either, but I'm not against it either. The thing that is most concerning to me is if Doopliss would treat Vivian right... and something tells me he might not.

I remember seeing a YTP once where this scene appeared. The joke is that, whenever Homer says: "Wait a minute...", the clip actually waits a minute before he says something again. XD

I would be pretty impressed, tbh. It would be pretty interesting to see how those characters would look and act in a world outside of paper. Like, giving Vivian a third dimension is an interesting idea for sure. However, I somehow have trouble picturing it.

From what little I have seen of it, I'd say it's... fine? Like, it gets the basic point across of what Mario is. However, it does have that 'early installment'-problem, where there's not a lot of things that have been established in the games at this point, so they just make a bunch of shit up...

Ah, that's gotta be the original Mario Golf for the N64. It's just such a mood-game; it's fun and easy to pick up and play, the music and environments are so chill and beautiful, and... well, it just has a lot of nostalgic worth to me personally.

I would like a Mario Odyssey-type game. I love the idea of open world exploration and a wide variety of content in said open world.

To be honest, I feel the story in Rosalina's storybook is pretty straightforward. It shows how Rosalina became the mother of all Lumas. There's not a lot to glean from that. Granted, it's been a while, so maybe there's something in there I'm missing. I'll probably have to look over it again.
