DPF problem. Ongoing for a week. Tried all sorts of things to clear the damned warning light. Anyway, taking it down the motorway for a hundred mile spin after injecting fluid into the DPF. Hopefully, it will work. Had to postpone my holiday for 3 weeks in case I couldn't get it sorted. 🙏

My raw carrot cake. No recipe, just substituted ingredients with what I thought would work. Very pleased with the resultant taste and texture, considering it's a first try. I'd probably reduce the vanilla a bit in the topping. 😊 This was for 'Blue Sunday' and I donated to ME Research UK.
